"Does this photograph fairly and accurately depict this scene?"
That is the question heard by every legal photographer in court, and
the question that must be kept in mind when planning and creating photography
for litigation. At the Evidence Store, we create photographs not only
to preserve evidence, but with an understanding of how best to assist
a witness in presenting the facts of the case.
When we started in 1974, either a Polaroid photo was taken by an investigator
or adjuster, or a professional was called in to handle the job. Today,
with auto-focus, auto-flash, auto-load, auto-exposure cameras, the world
is quite different in our field. It is not the equipment that counts but
the experience and knowledge of the person behind the viewfinder. We bring
26 years of experience to the table to give you the finest professional
legal photography available.

- Accident
Scenes
- Properly photographing accident scenes is more than just standing
in the middle of the street and clicking the shutter in all four
directions.
-
-
- Aerial
Photography
- Look up in the sky... It's a plane ... It's a helicopter ...
It's The Evidence Store on another assignment.
-
-
- Automobile
Collision
- The photography of vehicles in collision cases is another one
of those areas where it looks easy, but can be very difficult
to do correctly.
-
-
- Slip,
Trip, Stumble and Fall
- Falldown cases can be some of the most challenging we do. Not
only are we documenting the condition of an accident site, but
we are also looking for contributing factors that can be the key
to successfully litigating the matter.

- Night
Vision
- Night or low-light photography is one of the most difficult
aspects of legal photography. Read how we create "fair and accurate"
exhibits.
-
-
- Product
Liability
- Our favorite types of cases. Machines, unlike people, never
complain about the way they look in photographs!
-
- Acute
& Residual Scarring
- The photography of acute and residual scarring as well as physical
deformities are the specialty areas in which we have excelled
since we started this business. Try us out....on location, or
in our new studio!

-
- Criminal
Defense
- Beyond making photos to prove that "the witnesses could not
have seen what they said they saw from where they saw it," the
weight of the consequences of this type of work adds a "Perry
Mason" aspect to an otherwise normal day.
