Conveniently located on Morris Avenue at the Garden State Parkway, our courtroom facility looks and feels just like the real thing. Our full layout includes judge's bench, counsel tables, and jury box. Whether we are doing a full mock trial or you're just renting the room, fees include the use of audiovisual equipment and any demonstrative evidence from our large showroom of charts and models.

Develop your theme and trial strategies

Are you concerned that a particular tactic you want to use in the courtroom will backfire? You can assess the strength and weakness of various strategies by trying them out on a real jury. You will get immediate input and reactions to your ideas.

 

Anticipate your adversary's position

In the game of chess a good player always anticipates his adversary's game plan. For a mock trial you will be asked to prepare your adversary's as well as your position. The jury will hear both sides. They are not told which side has hired our services. Develop strength by seeing your weaknesses from the opposing side.

 

Experiment with presentation options

As part of the service, you will have free access to all the visual aids in stock at the Evidence Store. Find out which demonstrative evidence works best in your case. As part of the preparation for your mock trial, we work with you in reviewing both the liability and damages issues of the case. We then recommend materials to use, and determine if custom charts or illustrations will be more effective. Trying them out during a mock trial and getting the reaction of a jury as to how helpful they were is invaluable before you go into the real battlefield! If needed, visual aids can be changed or adjusted to remedy any confusion before your trial date.

You will have access to the video presenter, overhead slide and opaque projectors, video replay equipment with monitors, white boards with markers, magnetic boards, easels, pointers and more! Call us if you have any special requirements.

 

Study the jurors' deliberations live and on videotape

Be a fly on the wall! Watch jury dynamics at work! Our hidden video camera and microphones allow you to watch the deliberations in our lounge and take the videotape with you for further study. A full discussion and interaction is encouraged during the de-briefing session, which is also taped.

We provide impartial lay jurors. Don't rely on your spouse, friends or co-workers to obtain reactions to the issues of your case. Our staff is in charge of all aspects of your mock trial. All sessions are personally and professionally supervised.

As part of your mock trial experience, we provide a complete catering and food service. All trials are held in our beautiful new courtroom facility complete with bench, witness and jury box, and tables for counsel.
