Photographs and Video Bring Your Case Alive

"Does this photograph or video fairly and accurately depict this scene?"

That is the question so often heard in court, and the question that must be kept in mind when planning and creating imagery for litigation. At the Evidence Store, we create imagery not only to preserve evidence, but with an understanding of how best to present the facts of the case.

Night Vision Photography

The making of photographs at night or under extremely low light conditions evokes the most controversy among professional forensic photographers at seminars, workshops and conferences.

We have developed a system for fairly and accurately documenting a location to record the relative brightness of a scene at the time the photographs are made. We can also create a reasonably accurate exhibit to illustrate what could or could not have been perceived based on the levels of illumination as well as the brightness range of the scene. Working with forensic ophthalmologists and other experts we can demonstrate how a witness’s testimony correlates with the physical aspects of the location. Foundation testimony is given at trial if needed, and we work with you to prepare the most accurate exhibits for courtroom use.
