Complete Pretrial Support

For years we have been known as the guys who take pictures, "blow up" documents and rent skeletons.

When we receive a call from a client, the first thing we want to know is when the trial will be. If the answer is not "tomorrow" (it happens often) we like to take the time to help in analyzing the case in terms of both liability and damages and work with the attorney to develop the most effective trial exhibit portfolio.

Litigation / Trial Consulting

We call our process "Liti-Therapy." We seek to help the attorney see his case from the perspective of a lay person, a person who will be hearing about the case facts for the first time, not one who has been living with it for a few years. We help you get in closer touch with your client and their injuries and disabilities, as well as help you to identify the strengths and weakness of the case.

The major component of this process is to use what we call "Reflective Design." The best way to determine what will be the most effective way to try your case is to do a focus group and/or a mock trial to find out what a sample of lay people from your specific venue will do with your case facts and theories. Only then, we feel, can you begin to plan your case presentation and visual support.

We take our years of experience in this business and overlay it with the experience of our diversified team of legal, graphics and medical professionals to become your complete litigation support team for each case. We can help you from the preservation stage through the presentation stage of your case. We maintain a full-size courtroom to assist in the development of your case strategy, conduct your focus groups and mock trials, and assist with client and witness preparation.

Remember, preparation leads to persuasion, and persuasion leads to success! Let us help you with your next success.
