We call our process "Liti-Therapy." The best way to determine what will be the most effective way to try your case is to do a focus group and/or a mock trial to find out what a sample of lay people from your specific venue will do with your case facts and theories. Only then, we feel, can you begin to plan your case presentation and visual support.
