Herman has been a professional photographer since 1982. He received a certification in Fire Science from Penn State University, Bucks County Campus. He has photographed for the Philadelphia police and fire departments, as well as other various city agencies in the start up days of governmental photography. He has covered many civic and current events as a Press Photographer. Herman is an active member in EPIC (Evidence Photographer International Council), WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photographer's International), PPA-New Jersey South (Professional Photographer's Association) and Kodak Promise of Excellence. He volunteered as a senior staff photographer for the American Red Cross. He operates the Evidence Store of South Jersey located in Cherry Hill, NJ. Herman is married to his lovely wife Laura and they have a beautiful baby daughter Shayna. Laura operates Four Season's Photography LLC specializing in children and family portraiture.
