Subdural Hematoma

Are you old enough to remember the old Ben Casey TV series? It seemed that almost every patient rushed into the emergency room had a subdural hematoma. In addition to dealing with the traumatic causes of the condition, it is helpful to use a series of exhibits when the doctor testifies regarding this presentation. Many times, as in a "failure to diagnose" case, the lack of any films being taken in a timely manner leads to catastrophic results.
