President's Message
As we ease our way into the 21st Century the staff and management of The Evidence Store continue to bring you new and innovative products and services for your courtroom visuals support.
We have increased our medical illustration staff and our production staff to help you meet your trial deadlines. New court rules in New Jersey as well as the varying rules in other states have kept us on our toes to assure we create the most effective and convincing exhibits within the time frames allowed and with considerable attention to the small nuances of admissibility within each jurisdiction.
Since moving to our new facility in 1998 our mock trial business has developed into a complete separate entity. We have created a new division called TRIALwatch, LLC for the presentation of focus groups and mock trials and continue to present cases for both plaintiff and defendant. The sessions are video recorded and clients can watch live from an adjacent room and feed in questions via live computer link.
We continue to be agents for the Frank Netter Medical Illustrations and are working with the new licensing agent, Elsevier, to continue to offer the finest in anatomical art available anywhere. Our Medical Illustrators will be happy to provide information for your specific needs.
The Evidence Store is also expanding into other areas. Our Rochester, New York office is up and running. Royal Chamberlain and Dick McEvoy offer a wide range of forensic and photographic services in addition to stocking our full line of anatomical models and exhibits for sale or rental. Graphics and medical illustrations are being handled in our Union office, as we have been able to successfully serve our customers via phone, fax and e-mail in these departments.
